    I think this is one of the best self help books I have ever read. The author is a normal person without a degree in psychology and I think, that that makes the approach more practical to an average person. Furthermore the research is well done. In other books you normally find the standard word "studies have shown". I also started with being more thankful. Every night I think about 5 things I am thankful off. It makes me more happy. I am sure, that I will read the book again. It's practical and simple and it works. Great job on writing that book. You have talent.

    Easy to read,with simple rules we know actually but its true! I tried to follow the steps and it really helped to see the world differently and give the life a chance to have more happy moments and enjoy more!
